Testament Babić 2017 Wine, winner of Decanter award is red wine with dark ruby, opaque color. Aromas of ripe red fruit, dark chocolate and spices enrich the scent. The wine has rich flavors, lively acids and mighty structure.
Serve it at 16°C.
Manual harvesting was done in mid-September.
Technological wine is macerated with fermentation for 10 days.
Spontaneous malolactic fermentation was then allowed to obtain seductive milky aromas. It was aged for 6 months in used American and French oak barrique barrels with controlled tannin development.
The wine contains a total of 5.8 g / l of acid, while the rest of the residual sugar is 3 g / l. Best served at 16 ° C.
