Customers are required to provide accurate, valid and complete personal information when completing the registration form. The contrary conduct of the buyer authorizes the seller to refuse to sell the product.
The Seller is authorized, in accordance with its business policy, without the need for prior notice, to change the content of the General Terms and Conditions, sales range of products, retail prices and other information related to this website. All prices on the website www.witrina.eu are expressed in HRK and include VAT. Featured prices, payment terms and special offers are valid at the time of ordering. The prices of products do not include delivery costs due to the fact that they are paid separately, all in accordance with the conditions and in the manner indicated in these General Terms and Conditions in the part relating to Delivery.
The descriptions of individual products are obtained from the supplier or manufacturer of the products, and the photos shown on our site are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual appearance of the item. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the description or photo of the product.
The purchase process begins with ordering a product via an electronic order form. The purchase is made by selecting the product in the desired quantity, saving it in the cart which contains an overview of selected products with individual and total price. In the cart, the customer can increase the number of the same, already purchased product, delete or change the selected products. After selecting all the desired products and after filling in all the required sections necessary for communication, sales and delivery, clicking on the ORDER link, the customer confirms the order. The buyer receives an Offer to his email address with instructions for payment and the offer validity period (after the expiration of this period, the offer will be canceled as well as the reservation of goods).
The products are considered ordered and the contract is concluded when the buyer confirms acceptance of the said offer.
Some products may be unavailable or sold out. If the seller is not able to deliver any of the ordered products or all ordered products, he will contact the buyer by phone or e-mail, and inform him of the possible subsequent delivery time, while all other ordered products will be delivered. Upon receipt of such notice, the buyer is obliged to notify the seller by e-mail whether he accepts the new delivery deadline for the undelivered product or in that part withdraws from the purchase.

We also deliver products in the European Union. The price of delivery to the territory of the Member States of the European Union does not include the obligation to pay duties under special regulations of individual Member States, and if such an obligation exists in the country of delivery of goods, it is charged to the buyer.
The Seller uses the services of the DPD delivery service for the delivery of the ordered products.
Upon recording the payment immediately or the first working day after that, the purchased products will be shipped to the customer’s address.
All orders for which we record receipt of payment by 12:00 are usually shipped the same day, and the delivery time is from one to five working days, depending on the destination.
Deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not possible, except exceptionally, by prior arrangement and if we are able to arrange it. Such deliveries may be associated with higher costs, which we will announce in advance and ask for your consent.
We draw attention to the necessary care to ensure the receipt of the shipment at the destination (“someone must be at home”). The buyer assumes the burden of proof of age when taking over the shipment. Delivery will not be made in case of suspicion that it is a minor, unless he provides proof of his majority.
Three attempts to deliver the package are included in the price. If the attempt to deliver the shipment could not be realized in the first attempt, the courier service will contact you to arrange a new attempt at delivery. As a rule, after the third unsuccessful delivery due to a defect on the part of the recipient, the shipment is returned to our address and its re-sending will be required to pay in advance. In case of unrealized deliveries due to defects on the part of the recipient, and especially if the buyer is not willing to pay in advance for re-delivery, on the first working day we will refund the buyer for the purchased goods, with the right to retain the amount paid to the courier service for three delivery attempts.
When ordering, the customer can specify the address to which he wants to deliver the package, which will be different from the seat / residence of the customer. We recommend that the customer put his work address for the delivery address in order to avoid delivery to minors during delivery.
Purchase and delivery in late December (December), just before Christmas and between Christmas and New Year.
Please note that due to the increased volume of work / orders / deliveries, it will not be possible to expect deliveries as in the rest of the year, but depending on how these days fall in a week in a given year. Expect extended delivery times just before or during these holidays.
To reduce the risk of bottle damage in transport, we recommend ordering in quantities of 6 or 12 bottles (it does not have to be the same item).
The costs of delivery of the ordered products are borne by the buyer. Shipping costs are automatically generated on the electronic order form depending on the overall weight of the product and depending on the destination.
The buyer accepts the delivery costs by confirming the order and cannot request a lower transport cost based on his own measurements (weighing) of the shipment.
In the event that the Buyer wishes to pick up the shipment in person at the Seller’s address, the delivery cost will not be charged, and the order execution process itself will remain unchanged. The shipment can be picked up at the Seller’s address during business hours upon presentation of proof of the Buyer’s identity and payment.
The products will be packed in such a way that they cannot be damaged by the usual handling during transport. When taking over the product, the buyer is obliged to check for any damage and immediately report it to the delivery worker who delivered the goods, ie refuse to take over the shipment on which external damage is visible. In this case, it is necessary to inform the seller in order to organize a new delivery as soon as possible or to arrange further actions.
The contract that buyers enter into with the seller for the sale of products is a one-time contract for the sale of products that is consumed by payment made by the buyer, and delivery of goods by LU-MA EXCLUSIVE Ltd., in case it is not terminated.
Pursuant to the Consumer Protection Act, you are authorized, without giving a reason, to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days from the date of delivery of the product.
In order to be able to terminate this Agreement unilaterally, you must notify us of your decision to terminate the agreement unilaterally before the deadline by an unequivocal statement sent by mail, fax or e-mail, stating your name, address, telephone number, fax or email address.
In the event of unilateral termination of the Contract, we will refund the money we received from the customer, excluding delivery costs, without delay, and no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the decision to unilaterally terminate the contract. The refund will be made in the same way as the customer made the payment.
We can refund only after the goods are returned to us.
The buyer is obliged to bear the costs of returning the goods, if he uses his right to unilaterally terminate the contract.
Pursuant to Article 10, item 3 of the Consumer Protection Act (OG 41/14, 110/15), we inform customers that they can submit a complaint expressing their dissatisfaction with the product in writing via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org or by mail to address DANI SREĆE ZAGREB d.o.o., VLAŠKA 7, 10 000 ZAGREB.
All remarks and complaints will be answered by the seller on a durable medium (paper, e-mail or other) within 14 days of receiving the complaint.
