Welcome to Witrina.eu. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website and our subscription service, Witrina Membership. By accessing or using our website and subscribing to our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

2. Definitions

  • “Witrina”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refers to Witrina.eu and its subscription service.
  • “Member”, “you”, or “your” refers to any person who accesses our website or subscribes to our membership service.
  • “Subscription” refers to the membership plan chosen by the user.
  • “Products” refer to the items included in the subscription boxes, including wines, spirits, olive oils, cheeses, salamis, truffles, and other deli items.
  • “Partners” refer to the third-party businesses and service providers offering experiences and discounts to our members.

3. Membership Eligibility

To subscribe to Witrina Membership, you must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. By subscribing, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Subscription Plans

We offer several subscription plans with different benefits and pricing:

Gourmet Plan:

  • Price: €46.00 + Shipping per month
  • Features: Mix of wines, olive oils, cheeses, salamis, and other gourmet products.
  • Loyalty Rewards: 3rd month – 1 Extra wine; 6th month – 1 Extra wine + olive oil; 12th month – 2 Extra wines + olive oil
  • Member Benefits: 6% fixed discount in the store, access to member-only discounts, and discounts on wineries and experiences with partners across Croatia.

Primary Plan:

  • Price: €33.00 + Shipping per month
  • Features: 3 primary wines each month, including awarded wines.
  • Loyalty Rewards: 3rd month – 1 Surprise gift; 6th month – 1 Extra wine; 12th month – 2 Extra wines
  • Member Benefits: 5% fixed discount in the store, access to member-only discounts, and discounts on wineries and experiences with partners across Croatia.

Premium Plan:

  • Price: €88.00 + Shipping per month
  • Features: 3 premium wines each month, ranging from €17 to €40.
  • Loyalty Rewards: 2nd month – 1 Croatian gift; 3rd month – 1 Extra wine; 6th month – 1 Extra wine + gift; 12th month – 2 Extra wines
  • Member Benefits: 6% fixed discount in the store, access to member-only discounts, and discounts on wineries and experiences with partners across Croatia.

Elite Plan:

  • Price: €177.00 + Shipping per month
  • Features: 3 elite wines each month, ranging from €30 to €110.
  • Loyalty Rewards: 3rd month – 1 Extra wine; 6th month – 2 Extra wines; 12th month – 3 Extra wines + gift
  • Member Benefits: 8% fixed discount in the store, access to elite member-only discounts, and discounts on wineries and experiences with partners across Croatia.

5. Monthly Product Selection

Each month, Witrina will select different products with varying prices for inclusion in the subscription boxes. These selections will always fit within the budget of the chosen subscription plan. This ensures that members receive a diverse range of high-quality products while maintaining the value and integrity of each plan.

6. Billing and Payment

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments through Stripe, which can process various credit and debit cards.
  • Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis. The billing date is the same day you subscribed.
  • Price Changes: We reserve the right to change the subscription prices. Members will be notified in advance of any price changes and will have the option to cancel their subscription before the new price takes effect.
  • Cancellations: Members can cancel their subscription at any time through their My Account page. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. If the current month has already been paid, the delivery for that month will be shipped. No charges or deliveries will be made for the subsequent month.

7. Shipping and Delivery

  • Shipping Costs: Shipping varies according to the address provided during the registration process. It is calculated based on whether the destination is within Croatia (domestic shipping) or other European countries (international shipping).
  • Delivery Issues: If there is any problem with your delivery, such as broken bottles or damaged products, please send a picture of the issue to our customer support team. We will promptly ship replacements, as all shipments are covered by insurance.
  • Address Changes: Members can update their shipping address at any time from their My Account page. Changes should be made before the next billing cycle to ensure timely delivery.

8. Customization and Preferences

  • Setting Preferences: Members can customize their preferences during the subscription checkout process or update them anytime on their My Account page. Preferences include birth date (for special gifts), wine preferences (white, red, sparkling, rosé), and favorite products (wines, olive oil, cheese, truffle, liquors, gin, salami).
  • Product Requests: While we strive to offer a diverse selection each month, members can communicate their preferences through our customer support if there are specific products they would like to receive or avoid in future boxes.

9. Member Benefits

  • Exclusive Discounts and Experiences: Members enjoy discounts and special offers on various experiences across Croatia, including boat tours, winery tastings, olive oil tastings, truffle hunting, convoy driving, distillery visits, and discounts at restaurants, hotels, and resorts.
  • Webshop Perks: Members benefit from exclusive offers and discounts on our webshop, such as a 5% discount on any order.
  • Using Membership QR Code: Your membership QR code is available on your account page. Show this code at partner locations to authenticate your membership level and avail discounts. The partner will scan the QR code and validate it with a password.

10. Data Privacy

  • Data Protection: We take the privacy and security of our members’ data very seriously. All personal information is processed and stored in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We do not share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to provide our services or comply with legal obligations.
  • Usage of Data: Your personal information is used to manage your subscription, process payments, and deliver products and services. We may also use your data to communicate with you about your subscription, including notifications about deliveries, special offers, and updates.

11. Quality and Responsibility

  • Product Quality: While we ensure the selection of high-quality products, we cannot guarantee members will like every product in their surprise box. Members can communicate their dislikes to us through customer support to help us improve future selections.
  • Partner Experience Quality: We offer discounts and advantages for experiences with partners across Croatia. However, we are not responsible for the quality or execution of those experiences, including services provided by hotels, drivers, wineries, and restaurants.

12. Changes to Terms and Conditions

Witrina reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of any significant changes via email or through our website. Continued use of the service after any changes indicates acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Croatia.
