Testament Posip
Testament Posip Wine is a white wine – fragrant with stone fruit, pear, chamomile flower and medicinal herbs of Dalmatian karst. The taste is complex and mineral, with a fresh and delicious finish.
Minerality and salinity prevail – you can almost taste and smell the Adriatic Sea and limestone rocks. The taste is complex and rich, with a full, fresh and delicious finish.
The manual harvest was made in early August. It was quickly processed, fermented for 3 weeks with temperature control, a combination of wild and inoculated yeasts.
Mixed on its own precipitate during the fermentation, a total of 2 months.
Aged in stainless steel tanks.
Residual sugar <3 g / l, acid 6.1 g / l.
