Coral Wine Marchese Raggio Old Annee Gavi is sourced from 100% Cortese grape. After the fermentation, it is aged for 9 months in stainless steel vats, and three more years in the bottle prior to release. Very subtle, yet complex aromas of quinces, almonds and cooked peach appear on the nose. The palate continues with a smooth, milky texture and and ends with a long lasting, mineral finish.
