The Dalmatian Dog, winner of Decanter award is a red wine with lively ruby color and a scent of Maraska sour cherry and aromatic herbs.
The taste is fruity with a vibrant and fresh medium body.

The hand harvest was made in mid-September. Technologically, the wine is macarated with fermentation for 8 days. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation (conversion of malic acid to lactic acid) is enabled. It was aged in stainless steel barrels, later transferred to barrique.
