Stina Prošek 500ml

Stina Prošek 500ml is a blend of Plavac Mali and Pošip grape varieties. Prosecco is a dessert wine, sweet, creamy, while the aroma reveals the full richness of dried fruit and sweet barrique notes. Since red and white grapes do not come at the same time due to different ripening periods, after processing we have two Prosecco: ‘red’ (made from plavac mali) with richness, strength and aromas of black, jammy fruit and ‘white’ (made from Pošip) with characteristic sweetness and fruitiness. After half a year of keeping separately, these two fractions are mixed and kept for at least two years in wooden barrels, where they are mixed. Prosecco rests in the bottle for at least 6 months before being released on the market.
