Meneghetti Classic 2018

Straw yellow colour, fine and plentiful bubbles. Meneghetti Classic 2018 initially offers more mature notes of peach and pear, while unfolding aromas of white flowers, acacia, citrus and hazelnuts, and toast with a slight note of yeast and brioche. The taste is creamy, rounded and elegant in structure, with long finish marked by very pleasant freshness. It is recommended as an aperitif and in pairing with cold appetizers based on fish, shellfish, crabs, salmon and white meat.

About the Producer
The Red Land of the Meneghetti vineyards is cultivated in an ecologically sustainable manner with deep respect for nature. The wine is pruned by hand according to the Simonit & Sirch method which is soft with the purpose of nurturing the plant in order to achieve older age. The wines are produced using contemporary technologies that reflect the uniqueness of Istria, at the same time crossing the boundaries with its character and quality.
