Testament Opolo 2019 is an elegant and refreshing rosé wine, made from the Babić variety , intended for drinking during the summer days – or simply for every day.
When you bring the glass closer to your nose you will feel the aromas of vineyard peach and wild flowers. The taste is accompanied by the smell, it has an excellent balance, fullness and freshness.
The hand harvest was made in late August. The grapes are quickly processed, fast processing (grinding, mulching, maceration for 2 hours and gentle pressing).
Fermentation lasted 2 months, with stirring on a yeast precipitate.
The wine contains a total of 5.8 g / l of acid, while the rest of the residual sugar is 3 g / l.
