Full-fat semi-hard truffle cheese with a minimum 45% of milk fat in dry matter. Store at a temperature of + 4°C and + 8°C.

Ingredients: pasteurized cow’s 80% and sheep 20% milk, black summer truffle (Tuber aestivum Vitt.) 2%, dairy culture, salt, thickener: calcium chloride, rennet, preservative: lysozyme (egg protein), flavour.
