Plavac Mali Remek Djelo is a hand-picked grapes from top vineyards. Selection of grapes in the cellar. Controlled fermentation in steel tanks and wooden containers. Maceration for 20 to 40 days. Malolactic fermentation in steel tanks. Selection of tanks and later selection of barrels in the basement. It matures for 24 months in new barrels.
