Kos Anita Sparkling Wine is produced using the traditional method as a cuvee of three varieties: 33% Chardonnay, 33% Kraljevina and 33% Riesling. Chardonnay gives an elegant note, Riesling gives an attractive character of stone fruit, and Kraljevina as a variety,  is responsible for the soft texture and fruitiness.   
Fresh, fruity aromas prevail, covered with notes of peach and almond blossom. Gentle autolytic notes, which are the result
of 24 months of maturation on yeast, can be found in the background.
Anita sparkling wine is lively and well balanced, with fine freshness and a rich, long-lasting finish.

The Kos (Blackbird in Croatian) family, whose amiability and hospitality are memorable and extended to all the numerous businessmen, guests and other chance travellers that happen to find themselves in Hrnjanec, on the famous Wine Road of Zelina country, are the owners of a highly organized estate, with a spatial and modern family house. Aside from the unavoidable high-quality droplet, everyone shall preserve the memory of grandma's cuisine and her excellent "perice", as well as other home-made specialties.Excellent wines and good food represent a challenge to all those that wish and are able to visit this traditional and hospitable family, having an affluent eno-gastronomic offer. They have the capacity to take up to 50 guests.In 3, 5 hectares of their own vineyards and 1 hectare of leased vineyards in the Zelina Vineyard, the Kos family is now breeding quality sorts: the Rhein Riesling, Chardonnay, Graševina white wine, Kerner, Black Pinot, Anita Champagne, Anita Rose and the autochthonous Kraljevina. They are mostly planted in the area of Jakopovec and Košutka, on the southern slopes, vital for the life of the grape vines.
