Cheese with Truffles Zigante is an aromatic cheese made from sheep’s and cow’s milk with chopped fresh truffles. With a specific and complex earthy taste, it goes well with additives such as olive oil with truffles, honey with truffles, etc. An indispensable part of platters, especially cheese platters, definitely an appetizer with a plus sign and an asterisk more. You can treat yourself to it when you need something special, serve it to friends on a platter in combination with Istrian salami with truffles or give it to a loved one.
Full-fat semi-hard truffle cheese with a minimum 45% of milk fat in dry matter. Store at a temperature of + 4°C and + 8°C.
