Šember Brut Pjenušac
Šember Brut Pjenušac Golden-yellow color that is characteristic of wine made from slightly later harvested and more fully ripened grapes.
In the beginning a very good bead with a lot of tiny bubbles. The bouquet is complex, and on the trail of the Tertiary, it is represented by a touch of resin, a crust of bread, suggests yeasts, then a ripe white home-grown stone fruit such as apple and peach is also discovered.

Tomac Millenium Brut Sparkling Wine is a pleasantly refreshing classical sparkling wine with fruit flavor profile, persistent tiny bubbles with peachy, buttery, yeasty finish. Perfectly balanced to provide immediate vinous pleasure and easy-drinking quality. Works great as an aperitif and also versatile to accompany more light dishes.
The wine is a composition of 70% of old Plešivica varieties and 30% of Chardonnay. Aged on yeast for more than two years. Included in the Champagne Combo New Years!

Ivančić Griffin Brut is the first premium sparkling wine from the region Plešivica. It is unique on the market for using cutting-edge technology of encapsulated yeast that allow the production of sparkling wines using the classic method of fermentation in the bottle with a distinct floral and fruity aromas. It is not possible to preserve these distinct aromas with a standard champagne production technology. It is 100% Rizvanac (Muller-Thurgau) variety, which is known by floral and fruity aromas. Griffin Brut is lively, with fresh flavors that make it great aperitif and ideal companion for the vast selection of appetizers.
