Tomac Millenium Brut Sparkling Wine is a pleasantly refreshing classical sparkling wine with fruit flavor profile, persistent tiny bubbles with peachy, buttery, yeasty finish. Perfectly balanced to provide immediate vinous pleasure and easy-drinking quality. Works great as an aperitif and also versatile to accompany more light dishes.
Tomac Pjenušac Millenium Wine is a composition of 70% of old Plešivica varieties and 30% of Chardonnay. Aged on yeast for more than two years.
 
 

We are dedicated our lifes to the high quality wine production, to please the most demanding and the most refined palates. Wine production it is not an ordinary business. We have invested plenty of love, effort and work in it, so that it can be brought to perfection in the full sense of the word. <br><br>The tradition of viticulture of our family goes far back into the past. At the very beginning, it was based on old domicile sorts of wine, and the breeding form was 'old-croatian, with pole'. By following and implementation of new technologies and trends, old plantations are renewed and there were bring in new, introduced varieties. So at the beginning of 90's an old vineyards are replaced by varieties that are still grown on our Wine Estate. Our vinery is one of the first Wine Estates of Plešivica region which began to bottle the first bottles with their own label and with geograpchical indication.<br><br>Devoted work, huge experience acquired through the years, innovation and professional development resulted in numerous wine competition medals, awards and recognitions within the association of winemakers, as well as on the national level.
