The family cellar in Potomje is now one of the largest on Pelješac, with twenty hectares at Dingač, Postup and Župa and tens of thousands of visitors a year.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDense layers of ripe dark fruit, dried Mediterranean herbs and the baking spices of oak, with floral notes above them and a distinctive bitterness on the finish that balances the richness. The finish is long, sweet and smoky.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eDecant two hours ahead and serve with charcuterie or lamb roasted with herbs.
