This unique premium wine Ivančić Griffin Single Vineyard consists of the full-bodied freshness of Chardonnay and the fruitiness of the Muller-Thurgau variety. The location of these vineyard allows southern exposure above fog level and allows for maximum sun hours which requires special care for a single vineyard label. Besides beautiful floral and fruity aroma, it has a nice, harmonious and rounded body that gives it the predisposition of fine wine. In the glass, the beautiful yellow-green color instantly evokes the attractive freshness.
The nose is appealing, elegant with strong floral and fruity aromas, while the flavor Is rounded. It is aromatic and fruity which makes you drink one more glass.

The IVANČIĆ GRIFFIN winery is a true rock star when it comes to Croatian sparkling wines. Their vineyards are located on the highest parts of Plešivica over 400m above sea level. Using cryogenic maceration, this winery manages to keep the fruit base of their wine intact. Talk about bubbling up our interest! The unique characteristic of these vineyards is that most of them are located on slopes with over 2,000 hours of sunshine per year, which is almost a fifth more than a average island in Croatia.
