The palate is light, mineral and fruity, with a finish that stays longer than you expect from a wine this easy.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe it cold, around 8 to 10 degrees, as an aperitif or with seafood risotto, grilled salmon, salads or sushi.
