He still runs the vineyards, about thirty hectares at sites with names like Principovac and Božino Brdo, while his son Domagoj, an economist who went back to study winemaking, runs the cellar. They make around 20,000 litres a year, most of it premium wine, and say they have no plans to grow.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eTraminac gives a wonderfully fragrant wine, and this one shows the grape's apple and honey aromas in a semi-sweet style.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eServe chilled with fruit desserts, blue cheese, or on its own at the end of a meal.
