Prosciutto Jelenić was founded in 1999 and is one of the first registered prosciuttos for the production of Istrian prosciutto as an indigenous product and a strong brand typical of the Istrian peninsula.
It is located in Sv. Petra in the forest at the highest elevation where the bora and mild Mediterranean climate intertwine, creating perfect conditions for the production of prosciutto.
