Vošten Buza is an old authentic Istrian sort. most esteemed oil, light green to golden yellow in color with an intense fruity taste and scent of olive fruit, aromatic herbs and artichokes and apples exhibiting a pleasing balance of bitterness and piquancy.

About the Producer
In the small village of St. Lovreč in western Istria the olive grove owned by the Vošten family is situated. The olive grove counts 700 olive trees. For generations the Vošten family takes care of their olive grove with commitment and love. However, in this olive grove modern production processes are used to produce this high-quality olive oil which was also recognised by the famous olive oil guide Flos Olei where this oil found its place for 9 years in a row.
