Product Description
Product Description
The grapes for this excellent wine Vina Grgić Plavac Mali are selected from the best vineyards in the well-known locations of Dingač and Trstenik on the Pelješac peninsula. The wine was made in the style and under the supervision of Miljenko Grgić, who is known in California and the world as one of the best producers of Chardonnay and Zinfandel wines. The fermentation of this premium wine takes place with natural yeasts at a controlled temperature, which is why it retains its character and fruity taste. After fermentation, the wine is aged for about 15 months in special French oak barrels, which give the wine a pleasant oak flavor. After that, the wine matures for about two years in bottles, where the aromas combine and acquire a refined taste.
