Product Specifications

Tomac Millenium is made in the Methode Traditionelle, or Champagne Method, from a blend of 70% Plavec Zuti (an indigenous varietal to Plesivica, the region from which Tomac hails), and 30% Chardonnay (also grown in Plesivica by Tomac). Aged on the lees for two years before release, this deliciously crisp and dry style of sparkling wine shows aromas of apple, lemon, and a slight brioche. On the palate, lively acidity and fine bubbles interplay with tastes of lemon meringue pie, spiced apple, and pineapple.
