The milk is collected from cows raised on our farm in the Promina area, where the name of the product itself comes from. Karst Prominski pastures, rich in various aromatic herbs, which our animals consume daily on free grazing, are responsible for the fullness of taste. In addition, the taste reaches its perfection after a minimum of three months of maturation.
