Gin Sette Monti, London dry gin is named after the seven hills on which the city of Pula stretches, and it consists of seven carefully selected ingredients, of which the taste and aroma stand out bergamot, an annual citrus from the far south of Sicily, bringing with it a hint of sweet and sour impression. . Its fullness is embodied by pine from the slopes of Ćićarija, Persian rose, coriander, gentle chamomile that brings soothing notes, licorice - whose main task is to balance the bitterness of bergamot bark and angelica root with an earthy finish.
With the synergy of seven ingredients, stabilization of the distillate at -7 degrees Celsius and maceration of pine for 70 days, we got a special product in which a pure and complete love of creation is imprinted.
