Salmon colour. Meneghetti Rose 2021 is a wine of fresh, very lively and pleasant acids. It is extremely mineral with dominant aromas of cherries and wild strawberries. On the palate, it is fruity, with a nice freshness and pleasantly lasting finish. Apart from being an aperitif on hot summer days, it is great with meat and fish dishes such as carpaccio, salad with meat and fresh tomatoes, duck and light dishes of feathered game (partridges, quails, pheasants), shrimps, prawns and octopus salads.
